Speedy Set - Directions and Safety information and advice
Directions
Use 1 sachet to 5.5 litres off water (Half a builders' bucket of water) to a half a bag of plaster ie. 12.5kg of finish plaster.
Add directly to fresh clean water.
Do not add directly to plaster, mix only with clean water.
Whisk into water thoroughly and avoid water mix contact with skin/eyes and mouth.
Notes
The setting times can be reduced by upto 1 hour depending on the type of background, suction, humidity and ambient temperature.
We have added fibres to our product to strengthen the finish plaster and minimise shrinkage cracks.
In tests we have found setting times between 1 to 1 1/4 hours. ( Normal setting times being est. 2 to 2 1/2 hours and sometimes longer in winter months depending on thickness of application.
We have found 1 sachet can be used in larger amounts of water for a slower setting time within bigger hits, and also within a rolling gauge set .
If used in higher ratios, the plaster will set even quicker.

Wear eye protection & face protection at all time

If product gets into eyes, wash thoroughly for several minutes with fresh water/saline and seek immediate medical advice.
When mixing always wear protective gloves, long sleeved clothing and trousers.
Wash skin with soapy water immediately after use.
Avoid skin contact.
Do not ingest, if ingested seek immediate medical help.
